Total Voting Rights

As at 31 August 2018 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 15,104,240 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue, with 136,778 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 14,967,462.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
