PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 31 August 2018 it purchased 129,442 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 161.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 82,551,481 ordinary shares in issue.
