28 August 2018 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), announces that Paul Walker, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has notified the Company of his intention to retire as a Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in July 2019, following the completion of his third three-year term as a Non-Executive Director.
