Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price

Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 30 July 2018 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the interim dividend of 13.25c per share payable on 11 September 2018. The deadline for receipt of elections was 17 August 2018.

The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 1669p.

The Scrip Reference Price is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 20 August 2018 and ending on 24 August 2018.

The Pound Sterling equivalent of the interim dividend is 10.32p per share and is based on the average USD/GBP exchange rate for the five business days commencing on 20 August 2018 and ending on 24 August 2018.
