Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Telecom Plus PLC (trading as the Utility Warehouse), which supplies a wide range of utility services to both residential and business customers, announces that as part of its all employee Save As You Earn share scheme (the "SAYE Scheme"), the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities elected to participate in the SAYE scheme:

Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with an option price of 1,042 pence per share, representing the average closing share price 3 days prior to the 30 July 2018, being the invite date.
Pursuant to this, a total of 40,343 options over Ordinary Shares were granted on 23 August 2018, equating to 0.05% of the current issued ordinary share capital.
