Gateley (AIM:GTLY), the law-led professional services group, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12.30pm on Wednesday 26 September 2018 at the Company's offices at One Eleven Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HJ.

Following the announcement of its preliminary results for the financial year ended 30 April 2018 on 17 July 2018, the Group's Annual Report and Accounts and notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders later today. The Annual Report and Accounts is also available on Gateley's website at http://investors.gateleyplc.com/
