ContourGlobal plc

Conversion Rate for Interim Dividend

Further to the announcement of the interim results of ContourGlobal plc for the six months ended 30 June 2018 released on 7 August 2018, the sterling equivalent of the interim dividend of 3.9659 US cents per share will be 3.0907 pence per share, based on an exchange rate of GB£1 = US$1.2832.

The interim dividend will be paid on 7 September 2018 to shareholders on the register on 17 August 2018.
