The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Artemis Fund Managers Limited, Cassini House, 57 St James's Street, London, SW1A 1LD on Thursday, 11 October 2018 at 12.30 p.m. 

In connection with this, copies of the following documents, which have been posted to shareholders, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:-

1.  The Company's audited Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 April 2018, which contains the Notice of the 2018 AGM; and

2.   The form of Proxy for the 2018 AGM.

A copy of the Annual Financial Report is also available to download from the Company's website at artemisalphatrust.co.uk.
