Further to its announcement released on 12 July 2018 regarding a subscription to raise between £3 million and £5 million, Gusbourne (London-AIM: GUS) announces that it will extend the deadline for applications pursuant to the subscription to 31 August 2018. The result of the subscription and details of the issuance of the new ordinary shares will be announced following this date.
