CORRECTION: Director/PDMR Shareholding

The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 7 August 2018 at 12:11pm under RNS No 0831X.

In section 4 b) of the PDMR form this should read 'Sale of Ordinary Shares' not 'Purchase of Ordinary Shares' as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged.

Director/PDMR Shareholding

GetBusy today announces that Matthew Butler, the Company's Chief Marketing Officer, has informed the Company that on 6 August 2018 he sold ordinary shares of 0.15 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 57.0p per share.

Following this sale Matthew Butler no longer holds any Ordinary Shares. Matthew Butler has options over 581,749 Ordinary Shares currently representing 1.2% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
