Change of Name to Ovoca Bio plc

Following the approval by shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 27 July 2018 the Directors of Ovoca are pleased to announce that the Company's name has been changed to Ovoca Bio plc. This name change has been registered with the Companies Registration Office.

Dealings under the new name will commence on AIM and ESM at 8am today, 3 August 2018. The ISIN of the Ordinary Shares will continue to be IE00B4XVDC01. The Company's TIDM (ticker symbol) will change from "OVG" to "OVB" on AIM and will remain as "OVXA" on ESM.
