Communiqué regarding the availability of the financial results as of June 30, 2018

OMV Petrom SA announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's consolidated results for January - June 2018 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, Investor Relations section, at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol) and at London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols), starting with August 2, 2018, 8:00 a.m. (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com.

The separate financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards for the period January - June 2018 will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, Investor Relations section and at the Bucharest Stock Exchange starting with August 6, 2018.

The financial statements (both consolidated and separate) are unaudited.

The print version of the reports can also be obtained from the Investor Relations Department, at the company's headquarters located in 22 Coralilor Street, district 1, Bucharest ("Petrom City").
