Intention to Launch an Offer for Subscription

The directors of Pembroke VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce their intention to launch a new offer for subscription (the "Offer") of new B Ordinary Shares for subscription in the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 tax years.
