As at 31 July 2018 the Company had 86,306,803 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 9,094,988 Ordinary Shares were held by the Company as treasury shares.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 July 2018 was 77,211,815.
The above figure of 77,211,815 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the UKLA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
