Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), Just Group plc hereby announces that its total issued equity share capital at 1 August 2018 consists of 938,568,882 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each, all of which carry one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Just Group plc is 938,568,882 which figure may be used by holders of Ordinary Shares in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
