Total Voting Rights

Keras announces that following the Admission of the 27,333,334 Shares to trading on AIM earlier today in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it has 2,289,133,439 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in issue, none of which are held in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 2,289,133,439.

The above figure (2,289,133,439) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
