Person discharging managerial responsibility shareholding

The Company has been notified that Charles Gregson, the non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 28 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 July 2018 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan.  

The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £10.545 per share.

Following this transaction, Charles Gregson has an interest in 233,251 ordinary shares in the Company.
