Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company has today declared the payment of a second interim dividend of 3.00p per ordinary share and a special dividend of 1.60p per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 April 2018.

These dividends will be paid on 24 August 2018, to shareholders on the register as at 3 August 2018. The ex-dividend date is 2 August 2018.

It is expected that the Company's annual results for the year ended 30 April 2018 will be announced on or around 31 July 2018.
