All holders of Inland ZDP PLC zero dividend preference shares ("ZDP Shareholders") on the register at the close of business on 10 August 2018 are entitled to attend and vote at the class meeting of ZDP Shareholders ("ZDP Class Meeting") convened for 3.00 p.m. on 13 August 2018.

Note 7 to the notice convening the ZDP Class Meeting referred to 10 July 2018 instead of 10 August 2018 in error.
