PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 20 July 2018 it purchased 28,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 164.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 80,130,009 ordinary shares in issue.
