The Company has been informed that Chris Sangster, Director on 16 July 2018 purchased 263,431 Ordinary Shares at 1.4425p per share and on 17 July 2018 purchased 249,566 Ordinary Shares at 1.4425p per share.

Following these purchases, Mr Sangster's total shareholding in the Company is 3,716,844 Ordinary Shares, all held within his AJ Bell SIPP and representing 0.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
