Land Securities Group PLC 13 July 2018 Land Securities Group PLC (the "Company") Board and Committee membership Land Securities Group PLC today announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the following changes to the Company's Board and Committee composition.  As previously announced on 15 May 2018, Cressida Hogg has become Chairman of the Company with effect from the close of the Company's AGM on 12 July 2018.    Cressida, who was already a member of the Nomination Committee, has become Chairman of the Nomination Committee.  Stacey Rauch has become a member of the Remuneration Committee.  Both these appointments also became effective at the close of the Company's AGM on 12 July 2018.   -     Ends    - For further information, please contact: Land Securities Group PLC                            Tim Ashby Group General Counsel & Company Secretary Tel: +44(0) 20 7024 5256
