Publication of Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Directors announce that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 16 August 2018 at 3:00 p.m.  The Notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders in due course and copies are available on the Company's website at http://www.seqifund.com/downloads.

Shareholder attention is drawn to the additional non-standard items of business to be proposed at the 2018 AGM, particularly the continuation vote and the recommended changes to the investment advisory fee basis. Full explanations of these resolutions are provided in the explanatory notes enclosed with the AGM notice.
