Grant of Options

Smart Metering Systems plc (AIM: SMS.L) announces that pursuant to a Board approval it has, on 13 July 2018,  granted the following options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company to certain directors and PDMRs pursuant to the Smart Metering Systems Unapproved Share Option Plan established on 20 June 2011 (the "Options"):
