Result of Court Hearing

EVRAZ plc (LSE: EVR) announces that at a hearing held earlier today, the Companies Court (Ch D) of the Business and Property Courts of the High Courts of Justice of England and Wales approved the reduction of capital of the Company (the "Reduction of Capital"), details of which were contained in the Notice of AGM to shareholders dated 4 May 2018 (the "Notice").

The Reduction of Capital is effective as of 10 July 2018.
