The Company announces that, on 6 July 2018, Christopher Ambler, a Non Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), has been allotted 7,966 new ordinary shares under the Placing announced on 18 June 2018 ("New Shares").

In total Christopher Ambler will be interested in 17,246 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.00348 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital following Admission.
