Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company has been informed that Chris Sangster, Director, on 29 June 2018 transferred 923,077 Ordinary Shares at £0.0135 (1.35p) per share from his AJ Bell General Investment Account into his AJ Bell SIPP. In addition, on that date Mr Sangster purchased a further 555,555 Ordinary Shares at £0.0144 (1.44p) per share to be held under his AJ Bell SIPP account.  

Following this transfer and purchase, Mr Sangster's total shareholding in the Company is 3,203,847 Ordinary Shares representing 0.30 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
