Appointment of Corporate Brokers

The Board of Quilter plc ("Quilter" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of J.P. Morgan Cazenove and Goldman Sachs International as joint corporate brokers to the Company.  In addition, J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa (Pty) Ltd has been appointed as the JSE sponsor to the Company.

Quilter looks forward to updating the market on its interim results on 8 August 2018.
