Important events to be reported:

EXTENSION OF THE CREDIT FACILITY WITH BRD – GROUPE SOCIETE GENERALE S.A.

Franklin Templeton Investment Management Ltd. United Kingdom Bucharest Branch, in its capacity as Investment Manager of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. ("the Fund"), would like to inform shareholders that the Fund and BRD - GROUPE SOCIETE GENERALE S.A. ("the Bank") have extended on 29 June 2018 the existing credit facility ("Credit Facility") for a period of two (2) years, until 29 June 2020.

The permitted use of the Credit Facility is for general corporate and operational use, and has a new maximum committed amount of RON 400,000,000; the Fund may access, subject to the Bank's approval and in accordance with the provisions of the Credit Facility, additional financing in excess of the said committed amount, without exceeding a total amount of RON 600,000,000 at any given time.
