Result of AGM and Licence Extension
Kemin (AIM: KEM), a molybdenum and tungsten exploration and development company with substantial interests in Kazakhstan, is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed.
The Company is also pleased to confirm that it has received informal confirmation from the relevant Kazakh ministry that it has been granted, for a further two years, the extension to the Drozhilovskoye licence (Licence No. 1606) in Kazakhstan. The Company will make a further announcement once the formal documentation confirming this has been received.
As previously announced, the extension to the Company's Smirnovskoye licence (Licence No. 1605) to September 2019, and approval of the associated work programmes, was agreed with the Kazakh authorities in H1 2017.
