Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that on 27 June 2018 Richard Last, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred shares in the Company between accounts for which he is the beneficial owner. This was achieved by:

·     a sale of 16,525 shares in the Company at 765p per share; and

·     a purchase of 16,525 shares in the Company at 765.25p per share.

His resultant holding remains at 53,475 shares representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
