The Board of CEPS announces, pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules"), the following directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:

Further to the announcement of 13 June 2018, Sunline Direct Mail Limited has today been placed into administration.  David Horner, who is the Chairman of the Company, and Vivien Langford, who is Finance Director of the Company, are both directors of Sunline Direct Mail Limited.

The announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
