Microsaic Systems plc (AIM: MSYS), the developer of point of need mass spectrometry ("MS") instruments, is pleased to announce that following Admission today of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM in connection with the Transaction announced on 5 and 6 June 2018, the beneficial interests of the Directors in the issued share capital of the Company and percentage interests are as follows:
