Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Group")

Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights

Empresaria (AIM: EMR), the international specialist staffing group, announces that on 22 June 2018 it transferred 315,820 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") held by the Company as treasury shares to the Empresaria Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"). The Company intends that Ordinary Shares held by the EBT will be used to satisfy the exercise of options vested under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plans.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 49,019,132 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held by the Company as treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 49,019,132.
