Result of AGM

Change of name

Tiger is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.

Accordingly the registered name of the Company will be changed to Tiger Resource Plc.  Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM under the new name will commence on Tuesday 26 June 2018 at 08.00, but the ticker for the Company's shares (TIR) will remain unchanged.
