Bristol Water plc is pleased to announce that Paul Andrew Francis has been appointed an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 25 June 2018.  

Paul is a chartered accountant with 30 years' experience in the rail and transport sector. Until he retired in 2017, Paul was Chief Executive of Porterbrook Leasing which provides rolling stock to operators of UK rail franchises. 

The Board is currently undertaking searches for additional non-executive directors, and plan to make announcements on future appointments in due course.

The Company's Chairman Keith Ludeman said:

"Paul Francis brings strong commercial experience to our Board and we very much look forward to working with him."
