Erratum to previous notice

Informa confirms an administrative error in a previous announcement made on 12 June 2018 in relation to the level of shares previously awarded to Group Finance Director, Gareth Wright and the date of the grant to both Gareth Wright and Group Chief Executive, Stephen A. Carter. The grant was made on 30 May 2018 and Mr Wright was granted 46,400 shares as part of the 2018 AIP LTIP Award.
