Bristol Water plc announces that Anthony Hemus and Tracey Wood have resigned as non-executive directors of the Company with effect from 19 June 2018.

The board intends to appoint non-executive directors to fill the roles vacated by Anthony Hemus and Tracey Wood and will make a further announcement in due course.  

The Company's Chairman Keith Ludeman said:
