Director Dealing

The Company announces that it has today received a notification of dealings in restricted securities from Roger Humm, a non-executive Director of the Company.  The SIPP of Mr Humm's wife has today purchased 14,067 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at price of 71 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Humm is directly and indirectly interested in 48,776 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.18 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
