Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Renold announces that it has posted to shareholders its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018, together with a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 18 July 2018, both of which are available for download from the Company's website, www.renold.com. Copies of the annual report and accounts, the notice of annual general meeting and proxy card have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Further copies are available from the Company's registered office at Trident 2, Trident Business Park, Styal Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester M22 5XB.

Renold plc announced its final results on 29 May 2018 in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
