Exercise of Options/PDMR Dealing Notification

The Company (AIM:CAML) has been notified that, on 13 June 2018, Mr Gavin Ferrar, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, exercised 100,000 options under the Central Asia Metals plc Employee Share Plan 2011 (as amended) over ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Shares") in the Company at an exercise price of US$0.01 per Share. On the same day, Mr Ferrar sold the resulting Shares at an average price of 277.0369p per Share, in part to settle the tax liabilities arising on exercise.

The exercise of these options will be satisfied by the transfer of Shares from the Employee Benefit Trust.
