Issue of New Shares and Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to the exercise and sale of share options by Dale Solomon announced on 11 June 2018 the Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 1,006,491 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM.  Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 14 June 2018.

The options exercised by Dale Solomon were EMI options and all options were exercised at 5.88 pence per share. 

Following the anticipated admission of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company in issue will be 666,146,152 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

LTG holds 404,340 shares in treasury.  The figure of 665,741,812 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
