First Quarterly Dividend

The Board has declared a first quarterly dividend of 4.05p per Ordinary Share, payable on 27 July 2018 to holders on the register at the close of business on 22 June 2018.

The board anticipates, subject to there being no unforeseen circumstances, that the second and third quarterly dividends will be maintained at this rate, and an unchanged final dividend of 6.00p will be proposed for the year ending 30 November 2018, giving a dividend for the year of 18.15p, a 10% increase on the previous year.

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is available for this dividend and the relevant Election Date is 6 July 2018.
