Results of AGM

Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK energy developer of a combined lignite mineral resource and mine mouth power plant located in the Thar desert in the south-east of Sindh Province, Pakistan, announces today that it has held its Annual General Meeting.

The Directors of the Company confirm that all resolutions were passed with the exception of Resolution Three, for the re-election of Mr Anthony Charles Raby Scutt as a Director, which was not passed.

The Board regrets this vote to remove Mr Scutt as a Director.  Mr Scutt has served as a Director since the Company's incorporation in 2006 and the Board places on record its profound thanks for his service and substantial contribution to the development of the

Company.

The Company will look to appoint an additional non-executive Director in due course.
