Director / PDMR Shareholding

Exercise of Options

The Company announces that, on 11 June 2018, following the exercise of share options by James Geddes, Chief Financial Officer of System1, it transferred 56,568 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which were previously held in treasury.

Following the above: (1) James Geddes has increased his holding to 248,893 Ordinary Shares representing 2.0% of the voting rights of the Company; (2) the Company holds 693,780 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares and its total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 12,532,993.

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
