Exercise of options, PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to the exercise of share options, including under the LTG 2015 Sharesave scheme, the Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 824,247 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM.  Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 7 June 2018.

Included within the above figure Neil Elton (CFO) exercised 95,744 share options under the LTG 2015 Sharesave scheme bringing his total holding in LTG to 302,410 shares. 

Following the anticipated admission of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company in issue will be 665,139,661 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

LTG holds 404,340 shares in treasury.  The figure of 664,735,321 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
