Posting of circular and notice of AGM

Helios is pleased to confirm that a circular in relation to the proposed share repurchase authority and related whitewash, as announced on 25 May 2018, including the notice of the Company's AGM, together with the annual report and accounts, have today been posted to shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held in the Boardroom at the Bishopsgate Institute, 230 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4QH on Wednesday 27 June 2018 at 12.00 p.m.
