Director and PDMR Dealings

The Company has been notified that Alan Mackenzie, Managing Director of Breedon Northern Limited and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'), has sold 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 83.8p per Ordinary Share. 

As at today there are 1,678,895,582 Ordinary Shares in issue.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
