Director Resignation

OPG Power Ventures Plc ("OPG", the "Group" or the "Company"), (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power generation facilities in India advises that, effective yesterday, 29th May 2018, Mr. Ravi Gupta stepped down from his position as a non-executive director of OPG. Having served on the Board of the Company for 10 years since OPG's Initial Public Offering, Mr. Gupta resignation is in line with best corporate governance practices.

Arvind Gupta, Executive Chairman of OPG, commented:
