2017 Annual Report and Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting

Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the pan-European Animal Health business, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31st December 2017, the Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form have been posted to shareholders. 

Copies are also available to view on the Company's website at www.animalcaregroup.co.uk

The Company's 2018 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Panmure Gordon, 1 New Change, London EC4M 9AF at 11.30am on Wednesday 27th June 2018.

Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
